According to some of his fans here are some possible reasons why the concert was closed!
1. The venue of the event was crowded, really.
2. The event was characterized by some
unknown, faceless and uninteresting musicians demonstrating and trying hard (and failing harder) to convince the spectators that they were better artistes than Davido himself
3. Davido arrived on stage late...I mean, very late. The supposed show which turned out to be a display of un-gifted talents concert started at about 11p.m and the man of the night did not arrive on stage until about 3:30am. Keeping his loyal fans in an unnecessary and unwarranted suspense
4. His performance lasted for less than 20 minutes. Yes, and people didnt get to listen to what they wanted to listen to. No Skelewu, No Gobe, No Aye! (seriously?)...$650 Vip, $40 regular practically wasted.
5. The NYPD arrested the show because the venue was crowded and stuffy, to the extent that a lady actually fainted even before Davido arrived.
